Ian Edelman became Web Manager for Hampshire Museums & Archives Service in 1998. A traditional museum curator by background since 1977, he has worked for Hampshire Museums Service for 17 years, and previously at museums in various parts of the United Kindom. Since 1999 he has also acted as ICT adviser and website manager for South East Museum Library and Archives Council and its predecessors, and undertakes consultancy and training on 'museums and the web'.
