Betsy Nahum-Miller is the Online Exhibit Coordinator in the Interpretive Programs Office. She joined the Interpretive Programs Office staff in 2000. Betsy has been responsible for adapting all major Library of Congress exhibitions into online versions, which last year, received over 4 million hits per month. Since 2003, she has worked closely with Interpretive Programs Chief, Irene Chambers, to bring more interactivity to audiovisual presentations within the physical exhibitions and to the corresponding web versions. Churchill and the Great Republic

Churchill and The Great Republic was a very successful physical exhibition in 2004. The Interpretive Programs Office worked with Terra Incognita to create a highly interactive and educational web site, which is available for permanent access via the Library of Congress Exhibition pages. This interactive presents all of the exhibition materials through a 3-tiered approach: an interactive time line, thematic categories, and a database of objects. In addition, a curator-led highlights audio tour is available. Betsy will do a demonstration of the Churchill and The Great Republic interactive.
