John Benfield has been at the Natural History Museum for over 17 years, initially as research scientist, then moving into exhibtion research and interpretation. Now responsible for the creative output of both public-facing web and gallery multimedia, he is part of a dynamic team of interactive media developers helping explore opportunities for the NHM's already acclaimed website into the future.
