Pre-Conference Tours
The day before the Pre-Conference Workshops, cultural and educational institutions and multimedia developers in the San Francisco Bay-area team up to provide attendees at MW2007 with behind-the-scenes tours of some of the most interesting new media programs around. Visit the museums of San Jose, including the Tech Museum of Innovation, San Jose Museum of Art and the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose. Discussions will focus on new media and interactive technologies. -

Spend the day on the University of California, Berkeley Campus, and visit the Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive, the Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology and The Bancroft Library. Highlights will include archival and collection imaging, and digital special collection projects. -
