Speakers: Information for Authors

Paper Submission

All speakers at MW2007 must submit written papers prior to the Conference. Papers are required for all speakers in formal Sessions and Mini-workshops. Papers are optional for Demonstrations.

Deadlines

All papers are due by January 30, 2007.

Speakers who do not submit their paper in the appropriate format, by the deadline, will loose their place on the program.

Paper Format Guidelines

Papers must follow the Guidelines for MW2007 Papers, or they will not be accepted.

Paper Submission

Submit your paper using the paper upload form available on-line.

Do not e-mail your paper (files get lost that way). Papers sent by e-mail will be returned to the author and not considered submitted.

Author(s) Photograph(s)

All program participants must submit a photograph with their biography, to be used in the upper right hand corner of each Speaker's web page on the MW2007 Web site. Even if you are a Demonstrator and don't submit a paper, please submit a digital photograph (maximum 229 pixels wide x 132 pixels high) by January 30; name it with your last name and the appropriate file extension (e.g. trant.jpg).
