Fraser McDonald is the Manager of the Membership and Fundraising Programs in Corporate Development at the Canada Science and Technology Museum Corporation, which operates the Canada Agriculture Museum, the Canada Aviation Museum and the Canada Science and Technology Museum. Overseeing a membership base of 21,800 individuals, and another 4,000 active donors, Fraser has been instrumental in seeking new and creative ways to market both programs through the web. Fraser spent several years with the Corporation's Commercial Operations division before taking his current role in October 2006. He assisted in the development of the e-commerce site of the Corporation (http://www.technomuses.ca) , initiated a successful eBay project to auction Museum quality replicas on-line, and most recently, started integrating social media into Corporate Development.
