Paul Walk has been working with Web and library technologies since the early 1990s, both as a software developer and as a service manager, primarily in the UK Higher Education sector. He has developed successful Web services in the areas of e-Learning and University management systems.
Paul is currently the Technical Manager at UKOLN, based at the University of Bath in the UK, where he has been for two years. UKOLN is funded by the JISC and the MLA to advise and support development activities across the UK's museums, libraries and archives sector and in the higher and further education communities.
Paul has been an active blogger since 2003 and currently maintains a blog at http://blog.paulwalk.net
