Fiona Rigby has a background of library based project management including development of award winning 'Infocus' at New Zealand's Parliamentary Library and management of the project that set up of New Zealand's national consortium of libraries EPIC (Electronic Purchasing in Collaboration). She has been Project Manager of the Digital New Zealand implementation project since February 2008.
