Great museums tell great stories. And great stories help people to connect with and understand museum collections. How can we use web-based narrative to create compelling museum experiences? A few museums have begun to experiment with story-centric sites, but the interesting work is being done outside of museums. This presentation looks at some of what is going on in the wider world and offers prototypes for ways museums can adapt these ideas to their own online efforts.
