Colleen Skidmore is an Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Alberta. Digital images and Web course sites have become integral teaching tools in her undergraduate and graduate courses in Canadian art history and the history of photography. Her current research focuses on women and photography in nineteenth-century Québec. In 1997, Prof. Skidmore received the University of Alberta Students' Union Award for Leadership in Undergraduate Teaching.
