Sandra Dowie

Sandra Dowie, Instructional Technology Specialist for the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta, supports instructors as they explore ways to use technology in their teaching. She believes that implementing innovative technologies should be an iterative process wherein teaching strategies are evaluated and improved over time. For her, the real fun of it all is creatively searching for ways to teach that excite, motivate, and just plain enable learners to learn.
