ACSIOM Publishing is a service of ACSIOM, Inc. (Applied Computing Systems Institute of Massachusetts, Inc.), a not-for-profit organization that conducts technology transfer and commercialization for the Computer Science Department of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Incorporated in 1988, ACSIOM provides a critical link between new technologies being developed by the Computer Science Department and the needs of diverse client groups. ACSIOM promotes the expertise and technology available at the University for use in commercial, government, and educational applications.
