Short Paper: Short Paper 4: Building a New Culture

The presentation focuses on three aspects of applying advanced information technologies (IT) in the field of cultural heritage: preservation, dissemination, and training on IT in case of transient economics countries - Lithuania is one of such countries. The aims is to proof an importance of advanced IT, giving equal opportunities to big or small countries, of prosperous or transient economics, as well as to ethnic minorities, illuminating their cultural or religious diversities and making all this a common Heritage of mankind.
