Demonstration: Demo Track 5: Preserving Culture

Three aspects of applying ICT in the field of cultural heritage (preservation, dissemination, and training) in case of countries in transition are considered. ICT provides equal opportunities to big or small nations as well as to ethnic minorities, illuminating their cultural diversities and allowing the preservation of their cultural identity. Problems of cultural heritage accessibility and of training in informatics for the humanities are also considered.
