Elaina Norlin is the Undergraduate Librarian at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Her research interests include, marketing in academic libraries, data analysis, multimedia technology and library outreach. She is a published author with local, national and international conference presentation experience, which includes Computers in Libraries, Internet Librarian, MUSPIN and Internet Librarian International. She was project team member of Access 2000, a team which redesigned the University of Arizona's website through usability testing. From there she has delivered four local and national presentations on how to utilize usability testing efficiently, effectively and inexpensively. Elaina received her Masters of Science degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 1997.
