Patricia Morris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, School of Library and Information Science Program (MS LIS) in 1986. She has held positions at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VPISU), the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and currently at the University of Arizona. She has published articles on customer satisfaction surveys,building an education vision on an organizational level, and servingminority students on university campuses. Currently a member of the Special Library Association (SLA), American Library Association (ALA) and theArizona Library Association (AzLA) she has presented lively poster sessions and papers at meetings as diverse as the Minority University-SPace Interdisciplinary Network (MU-SPIN) Annual Conference. Her research interests include digital divide issues, methods for collecting user data, assessing and improving classroom instruction and the integration of information literacy and post secondary education.
