Demonstration: Demonstrations 2

eCUIP is a collaboration between the University of Chicago and the Chicago Public Schools to create an on-line K-12 digital library. eCUIP believes that with computer technology, Internet access, a core collection of electronic publications, and a growing body of locally digitized source materials, all students can have access to a wealth of resources far beyond what any single school is able to provide. Toward this goal, eCUIP works with Chicago Public Schools teachers and local museums and libraries to provide access to the materials necessary for a rich learning experience inside, as well as out of, the classroom.

This presentation will demonstrate the eCUIP Web site, highlighting the processes for organizing, presenting, and selecting materials for the K-12 audience.
