Adele Medina O'Dowd is the Creative Director of Web Projects at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. She collaborates with historians, software engineers and 'museum people' of all kinds to open the web door for visitors to the Museum. Recently, Adele's design work on the Museum's online exhibition, www.ushmm.org/doyourememberwhen, was featured in Web Sites That Work, (Rockport Press, 2001). Prior to joining the Museum’s staff, she was the Art Director for a small company, Lunaria, Inc., that specialized in creating interactive kiosks, CDs and web sites for museums and educational institutions among them The Newseum, The Museum of Natural History and The National Science Foundation. In her spare time, Adele enjoys gardening at night.
