Charles McCathieNevile is a member of the WAI domain at W3C. He is an editor of the Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines, and works on all four sets of WAI Guidelines. He also works on review of W3C specifications for accessibility and gives presentations and workshops on many accessibility topics, and on the Semantic Web. He has given presentations in French, Spanish and Italian as well as English. Before joining W3C in 1998 Charles worked for Sunrise Research in Melbourne on Web accessibility, Internationalisation, and other projects involving educational uses of programming and the Web. He holds a degree in Medieval History from the University of Melbourne.
