David Greenfield is the New Media Coordinator at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, where he develops and produces the Skirball web site and leads the web-initiatives team. Additionally, he creates digital content for both the internet and the Skirball Resource Center, a computer lab that provides the public with high speed internet access along with a collection of CD-ROMs relating to the mission and collection of the Skirball.

David has a lifelong interest in story-telling, non-linear narrative and the general inter-relatedness of things (cultures, history and objects). His background is in fine art, his degree in history. He has been working in New Media for 12 years (since it was called interactive multi-media) and has been involved in the development of CD-ROMs, Computer Based Training, interactive museum kiosks, animation and web sites . Additionally David is a lecturer in the Department of Literature and Communications at the University of Judaism (The History, Philosophy and Applications of New Media).
