Workshop: 3-D Interactive Techniques

This full-day workshop will provide an introduction to the uses of interactive techniques such as QuickTime VR, Cubic VR, Video, and Adobe Atmospheres to present cultural and scientific resources for educational users on the web and on CD ROM. The participants will examine the pedagogical issues and technical considerations involved in using these presentation techniques, and will provide practical advice on selecting the best solution for participants needs and budgets, and provide an opportunity for some hands-on training in the production of basic QTVR panoramas.
