Iain is currently managing the development of a Student Portal system for the University of Aberdeen. Previously he created the University's online virtual museum collection, "The Marischal Museum". Prior to that he was employed as the institutional web manager at the Robert Gordon University where he oversaw the launch of a new web server and content management tool. Iain also has an illustrious background in research; his report "Key Factors in Help Desk Success" has outsold all other British Library reports. Iain has a BA in Computing Science, an MSc with distinction in Information Analysis, and is a chartered member of CILIP.
