Diane L. Herman Diane Herman is a Senior Vice President of Cincinnatus, a Minneapolis-based research and planning firm founded in 1985. The firm’s clients consists of many leading nonprofit organizations, including arts organizations, regionally and nationally. Ms. Herman provides special expertise in market research and organizational strategy and has 14 years of experience leading organizations through information-based change processes. Since 1985, Ms. Herman has conducted numerous visitor surveys and focus group studies for The Minneapolis Institute of Arts. She has served as an integral part of the museum’s planning teams, providing not only data but also sound analysis and creative ideas for change.
