Using art, literature, and film as forms of cultural advocacy, Paula Goldman has helped create bridges across polarized political divides and worked with women's groups and agencies from Bosnia, Latin America, Western and Eastern Africa, and South Asia. Paula is the Founder and Director of the Imagining Ourselves project International Museum of Women and the editor of a book by the same title. Born in Singapore in 1975, she and her family lived in Jakarta, Indonesia, before moving to Southern California. She holds a BA from the University California at Berkeley, a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Princeton University, and is currently working toward a PhD in social anthropology at Harvard University.
