Lisa Neal Lisa Neal is a managing consultant with Electronic Data Systems. She consults on e-learning projects with corporate and academic clients and has developed and delivered e-learning classes at EDS. Lisa is a frequent presenter and tutorial instructor at conferences, most recently at Centra's Blended Learning eConference, ASTD 2001, OnLine Learning 2001 Europe, Online Educa Berlin 2000, and TechLearn 2000. She offered keynote addresses at conferences this spring in Poland and Mexico and last month in Italy. Her recent papers include "Storytelling at a Distance" at HCI International 2001 and "Scenario Building to Plan a Distance Learning Program" at ED-MEDIA 2000. Lisa is Editor-in-Chief of eLearn, ACM's new online magazine on e-learning. Lisa received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Harvard University.
