Debra LaKind has worked at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston for the past 11 years. She began her career at the MFA as the Director of Retail and Wholesale Operations and launched the MFA’s online e-commerce business. In her current role as Head of Digital Resources, Debra plans and develops long range programs, working methods and strategies for the management, collection, care, organization, use, and dissemination of visual materials and intellectual property representing the Museum’s collections, exhibitions and events. Debra’s responsibilities include the management of operations for Rights & Licensing, Visual Archives, Digital Imaging Studios and the supervision of a staff of 16.
