Silvia Filippini Fantoni is a lecturer in museum informatics and evaluation methods at Sorbonne University in Paris. As part of her PhD research, she has studied the use of bookmarking and personalization technologies in museums, conducting a series of evaluations on this topic. She has presented the results of her research on at international conferences and seminars and has worked, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tate Modern, the J. Paul Getty Museum and more recently at Antenna Audio. She is currently project managing the development of the Multimedia Guide at the British Museum.
