With a background in marketing and industrial/organizational psychology, Michelle Ghadfa’s experience has entailed business process analysis, research, and needs assessment for clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology and non-profits. Michelle joined Night Kitchen Interactive in October 2005, after working as a professional consultant. She brings experience in helping clients to develop and execute marketing initiatives at both the strategic and tactical level. She holds an M.B.A. and a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She has managed several projects, including the Arctic: A Friend Acting Strangely online exhibit for the National Museum of Natural History, click! photography changes everything for the Smithsonian Photography Initiative, and the website redesign for the National Constitution Center. She is currently the project manager for PhilaPlace, a large-scale collections-based website for the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.
