Jamie Loo is the First Amendment reporter for the McCormick Freedom Project. Prior to joining the Freedom Project staff, she covered city government and did multimedia reporting for the South Bend Tribune in South Bend, Ind. A native of Randolph, Mass., she earned her master's degree in print journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004 and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
