Mark Hook has worked at the Victoria and Albert Museum since 1983. Since moving from Information Systems to the Web Team 10 years ago, Mark has worked on a full site redesign and a wide range of projects, many focused on user generated content, social media, and Web 2.0. Mark developed the World Beach Project, and recently he was responsible for delivery of the user interface for the Museum’s new Search the Collections feature offering access for the first time to the V&A’s whole collection, over a million objects online.
